One thing that frustrates me is how difficult organisations can make finding and downloading software from their site. Microsoft and its ‘download centre’ is a classic example of this, just the other day I tried to find the SQL server express 2014 management tools, it took an age to find, and there were many files and no descriptions or primary file recommendations.
